Cannot locate download for VSTO 2003, or for VSTO 2005 w/o 2007 (~

Hello all. I'd like to locate a version of VSTO that

1) Offers VS project templates for office - so I can easily develop Outlook
apps - obvious

2) Builds Outlook applications derived from the Application and not the
AddIn object - so that I can take advantage of all the examples, especially
those on how to deal with events.

3) Does not install with any Office 2007 components - because the
installation of Microsoft Expression Web won't work with VSTO 2005 SE because
it complains about office 2007 being present

I've looked all over MSDN, and I cannot find anything that will work for my
situation.

The short answer is you need to purchase VSTO for Office 2003!

The long answer is if you have a high enough MSDN Subscription you can use
Subscribers download to download VSTO. See:

- Developer Tools
- Visual Studio .NET 2003
- Visual Studio Tools for the Microsoft Office System 2003
- Visual Studio 2005
- English
- Visual Studio 2005 Tools for the Microsoft Office System
